Let me clarify: that's the one. Unless I'm drastically off the rails.

I mean it's not really the same. But any coincidence involving both a pig, a prime minister, and a penis is a bit odd.
Why the fuck would you join a society with that name?

I swear I read it was this season's first episode. I recall the first ep of the show being about the woman, and her male friend. And, uh... not much else.

I just read the recap. I must be thinking of a completely different show.
“Every record been destroyed or falsified, books rewritten, pictures repainted, statues, street building renamed, every date altered. The process is continuing day by day. History stops. Nothing exists except endless present in which the Party is right.”
Netflix put the lost Christmas episode up. (The one with Jon Hamm.) It's excellent. Thisclose to being #1 ranked in my book, but I'll leave it at #2.
Also, Netflix is tweeting out clips and stuff from season 1 episode 1 because today is apparently #nationalpigday...
Ha!

Saw the Christmas episode thing. The theme seems to be blocking people, which is an interesting, yet flawed premise (will explain).
The twist in the first one was too easy to guess.
The second one also seemed quite obvious.
The wrap-up at the end ... why in the fuck would you do that to the cookie? What's the point in torturing it? The dude's locked the fuck up.
Blocking people...
It seems to me that I'd want to remember sights and sounds from those who could potentially be threats to me, especially the red pervy ones. Why the fuck would you blot out their face and voice, i.e. primary things used to identify individuals?

I'd still prefer to know exactly which perv/psycho is stalking me as opposed to a pixelated, grey, vaguely humanoid shape ... which actually seems way creepier than a person. I want to know if it's Gary Glitter versus Jeffrey Dahmer. Shit, Paul Reubens would show up red.

And I'm sure that despite there being the pixelated blur, there's a way to know who's who.

I know sheep-shagging was a thing the Scots(?) were accused of pretty often.
That's a joke for a shitload of cultures. Scots, New Zealanders, Bedouins, etc. I heard a couple versions of this one over in the UK quite often:
As I was traveling along in Scotland/New Zealand, I came upon one of the locals fucking a sheep. I said, "You know, back where I'm from we shear those." The response came back, "Get your own."

An annoying American twenty-something tourist who's one backpack guitar shy of being a complete douchebag travels around the world and gets stuck in the UK on the last leg of the journey due to lack of funds. Fortunately, there's an app to find jobs for people with no discernible skills and he picks an advert for a Japanese game company with a reclusive hermit savant for a CEO. His new tech is an implant which is supposed to superimpose interactive 3-D graphics on top of your normal perceptions of real time and space, almost like Tupac holograms only you can see. After a small test, Annoying American is invited to the full-blown test, where he's placed in a creepy-ass looking mansion out in the middle of nowhere to experience the "ultimate personal survival horror game." Turns out hermit-savant dude has also developed some tech that can scan your brain to figure out how to fuck with you the best. Imagine if the Director from any L4D game was telepathic and utterly focused on destroying your sanity.
This ep felt like a condensed, low budget version of Inception. Whenever he goes down a level, so to speak, it's telegraphed with a big neon sign. Those tells coupled with the protagonist's inherent unlikability mean you probably won't give a fuck what happens to him by the end.

Remember the one Star Trek: TNG ep where Leonard Nimoy guest starred and he and Picard got captured by the Romulan Tasha Yar? She tried to blackmail him into making a recorded speech and threatened him with death if he didn't comply. His reply was spectacular:
Since it is logical to conclude that you will kill us in any event, I choose not to cooperate.
That and keeping a post-it note on your webcam seem to be the main points of the story.

The story starts out with two chicks in the '80s. It's extremely difficult to go into much more detail because it goes somewhere way the fuck else after that. I'll say the writer most likely played or read up on a certain MMOG to prep for this, which I'm not even going to link to because it'd kill things. This is the first ep of the season that I'd call "good."

If you know what that title references, you should have this ep sussed out in around 5-10 minutes. Even if you don't, you'll have suspicions. A military squad is tasked to clear an area of "roaches," which are somewhere between Orcs and Cenobites. After taking out a couple of them hiding in a closet, one soldier picks up the flashlight-looking thingy they dropped and inexplicably hits the on switch. I'll stop there. I've found this to be the weakest ep so far of the new season. It has all the subtlety of a Maxim Gorky play and less suspense than a Spurs-Timberwolves game. The protagonist is also a complete dumb-ass who seems to forget all military training and common sense past a certain point in the script.
