Blade Runner 2049

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Writer also wrote Green Lantern.

If that wasn't enough, they may get an aging Harrison Ford in there, which as the article points out, destroys him being a replicant...maybe?

Ridley Scott talks Blade Runner sequels.

Hasn't Prometheus really taken the bloom off this rose?

I mean, he truly believes that was a good film.

“Harrison said, ‘Mehh,’ and I said, ‘No, read this.’ And I think he said, ‘This is the best script I’ve ever had.’..."

... my ass.

1977 The Duellists
1979 Alien
1982 Blade Runner
1985 Legend
1987 Someone to Watch Over Me
1989 Black Rain
1991 Thelma & Louise
1992 1492: Conquest of Paradise
1996 White Squall
1997 G.I. Jane
2000 Gladiator
2001 Hannibal
Black Hawk Down
2003 Matchstick Men
2005 Kingdom of Heaven
2006 A Good Year
2007 American Gangster
2008 Body of Lies
2010 Robin Hood
2012 Prometheus
2013 The Counselor
2014 Exodus: Gods and Kings

The last watchable thing he made was Gladiator, 15 fucking years ago. If you want to skip back past that, you're all the way back to 1989. His best days are long, long gone.

Black Hawk Down was really good, but it's not something he wrote, so much as it actually happened.

It's a pretty film. Long, slow shots, giving every scene time to breathe.

Also too long, almost 3 hours.
