Hell that one game must have been held in overtime for what seemed like 5 minutes straight!

Some great matches played last night.

Hey TPR, Troy and I were playing for a bit last night and I went to invite you to our group and I couldn't. The little plus sign that is usually next to a friends name wasn't there. Could it be that you were already in a premade group? if so how many people were in it? Cause I'm curious if you can or can't group up with other smaller groups.

Or maybe it was because Troy created our group and I didn't have the permission to? didn't think of that.

I think he was in a full group already. I spectate his games sometimes, but spots never seem to open up.

Also, planning to game tonight. Anyone still on the fence - this game rules and you should play. JOIN US

I'll be on tonight. Cake sounded interested the last time I talked to him, haven't talked to him in a while maybe I can twist his arm into getting it.

I've got several hidden cameras planted in your place, all aimed at your computer screen. I have unpaid interns filter through the footage and bring me all the Overwatch moments of note.

I've played a grand total of 4 games of League since Overwatch was released. Still love League but this game has caught my fancy. I must be Korean...

Have you been taken to the ER as a result of nonstop Starcraft playing? I think that's still a requirement.

I got 3 of 10 promo games in last night and went 0-3. The scoring system is a little different than quick play mode. In one game my team won the first two matches (I think it was a king of the hill game) and I thought we had won but no, we kept playing. Ended up losing the next three matches in a row and lost the game. Someone on the other team even said they were about to go Cavs on us and treat us like the GS Warriors.. I laughed and congratulated the champs after the game. well played!

Got some of my placement matches in competitive. Started off really well, and then ended up on teams of guys who thought that Symmetra + Genji were worth slamming first pick and then refusing to switch when they smashed us with tanks. 4-2 so far in placement matches.

0-3
Ouch. I got in four last night for 2-2 overall but I had the benefit of playing in a 4 or 5 pre-made for those so the idiot factor was lower. It seems like the capture maps are using a first to three-points sort of thing, but doing the maps in both directions before finishing it, with any ties (usually 4-4) going to sudden death (with the time on sudden death being the difference of the two teams' total capture times). King of the hill type maps just keep cycling until someone wins three rounds. And the cart pushing we did was also interesting: first team cart push set an ending point and then the other team just had to push it to that point to win.

On the whole they seem like well-balanced scoring methodologies.

I also got me a Play of the Game which I almost never do:

Having worse luck when I log on later(11p-12a) as opposed to right when I get off work. Lost a bunch of competitive matches in a row to full stacks, too.

Going to try to fix that today and play the rest of mine right after work.
