Yeah, it still seems weird that one of his abilities was to cause your teammates to blow away all their ammo uncontrollably.
His special is allegedly a deterministic generator that takes into account some environments variables plus your character's current situation (health, ammo, etc.). It's randomness it t3h suck. His healing skill tree isn't bad, though.

If you see this post within about a half-hour of my posting it and love you some Borderlands, go immediately to Desert Bus and you will see an auction for some awesome Borderlands stuff, including a IRL loot chest, all Borderlands comics, the art book signed by (and drawn in by) all the Borderlands artists, and every game in the series (including season pass) and a bunch of golden keys.
