I get hit w\ 37% taxes as well, not deducted from my paycheck.
Suck it up... hurricane victims need new shoes.
Then they can use their $2K debit cards or whatever the hell else help they get from private organizations. My money, goddamnit, I worked for it. I use the roads, so I'm willing to chip in for that for the moment.

Cake's right about the memory... I'm running 1GB, and just hit 700MB for the game itself (It started around 200MB)... I'd estimate about 100MB growth per hour... maybe more. It kinda jumps around, but a definite upward trend.

I've noticed the memory leak is worse playing in windowed mode.

Well, since that post it's gone from 220MB to 525MB... and that wasn't even 2 hours.

So...................... how long does the freaking code take to be emailed?
That's my current problem with joining y'all. It's been 18 hours so far, and still waiting. I used three different email addresses to make sure it's not a problem on my end.

Oh, well. *sigh*

You may want to copy and paste the URL into notepad, and change the email address that's stored in it, if it doesnt work immediately.

Thanks, but even editing the code it still insists that I've got your email address. I could probably go ahead and register then change my email address after registration, but there's a chance that may get you in trouble somehow (multiple free trials per email address is probably frowned upon), so I won't do it unless you okay it first.

If you'd rather not, I fully understand. I can wait. :)

I don't remember if this was the thread where we were talking about the memory leak, but, I'll update here. I don't know if it was the latest patch, or my new PC, but after starting EVE, it's using 32k of system memory. I'll let it run for a while to see if it climbs. Anyone else seeing anything different than they use to?
