Major ingredients: Habanero peppers, pineapple, onion, honey, lime juice, cider vinegar, sugar, salt

Texture: a bit thinner and runnier than the Vyper, but does a decent job of staying in place once it settles.

Heat: More intense than Vyper, but never overwhelming.

Flavour: A sweeter, fruitier spice than Vyper. Pairs well with something tropical, especially seafood.

Zombie Poison ... heat and citrus
This was the hardest one to review. There's no citrus, contrary to my initial assertion. It's a toned down habanero sauce, mainly cut with carrot and garlic. The heat is in between Plan 9 and Vyper.
2-4-5 Trioxin ... sounds like standard tabasco
The "classic." Chili peppers provide all the heat, and they've done a good job of loading up on them without providing overpowering force. Hotter than Plan 9.

Check out hell raising hot sauce. Flavour is wonderful. Local pub has 3 varieties: serrano with lime, red jalapeno with crisp apple, habanero-serrano-jalapeno blend. All quite good. Heat should be tolerable even for pussies.

I just came back from New Mexico with a bunch of excellent green chili.

I am very happy.

EDIT: So damn delicious. So damn happy. I forgot how much I love this stuff. I brought home this one. I guess I'm going to have to start ordering more online.

Dude from hellraising saw my order, noticed I lived close by, and offered to deliver it in person while refunding my S&H. Sweet.

Hah. I've set drops in public places before. This was trivial.

This isn't hot sauce but is sold by creature comforts.

The Stuff. It's a dry rub that can double as seasoning. Lots of smokey, hickory salt taste with garlic and a bit of kick. The smoke is almost overpowering but not quite.
