Indiana's freedom of religious discrimination

Doesn't the government have to rule on this stuff at some point?

We know the Dems won't because they won't come down off the fence and risk losing either side's votes. Thus, the Republicans will, they'll do it wrong, and piss everyone off again.

Yes, but that (wo)man is Canadian. Currently, in the US, gender identity is not a protected class. However, some courts have interpreted the rule against sex discrimination as including gender discrimination and sexual orientation. SCOTUS has agreed to take up a semi-relevant case, so we'll see.

At some point these victim classes will collide. I suspect when over 50% of record holders for female sporting events are held by biological men, then the the feminists will bail. Or when a good chunk of athletic scholarships are lost to real women. At least the rank and file feminists will bail.
