Be 18. Unsure what else. But that's the basic one.

Adults of at least 18 years old will be allowed to carry and share up to 30 grams of legal marijuana in public, according to a bill that passed the Senate in June.
They will also be allowed to cultivate up to four plants in their households and make products such as edibles for personal use.

And they're now free to partake, anywhere, any time?

Just realized, I'm only an hour away from Windsor. Peeps in this area used to drive to Canada on a Saturday night for the full-nude strip clubs and 18 drinking age. Now peeps are going to be arrested in Detroit for coming across the Ambassador Bridge with weed in or on themselves.

no free market for production? I was curious if a monopoly would be built in to legalizing
.

$140/ounce on the low end doesnt seem outrageous. But I'm pretty far removed from the street price of weed these days.

You're also supposed to report online purchases on your income tax forms, for sales tax collection purposes.

I dunno. But I reported those sales, too, before Amazon charged taxes.

Canadian girl scout copies American girl scouts who did the same thing.

This should absolutely become a regular thing. It's win-win and pot smokers aren't known for their violent tendencies. The only dangers the girls face are long, rambling conversations.

Filling out an absentee ballot as I'll be out of town on election day.

Recreational marijuana is on the ballot.
-Sets the age limit to 21.
-A person can use and possess pot and edibles
-You can grow up to 12 plants
-10-ounce limit kept at residences and anything over 2.5 ounces needs to be in locked containers.
-State licensing system for pot shops, meaning retail sales and 1 vendor hasn't already locked up the rights.
-10% tax on pot and edibles to pay for implementation, clinical trials, roads, and schools in the districts where the shops are located.
-Change several current violations from crimes to civil infractions.

As far as I can tell, the Michigan plan is much better than the old Ohio plan. I say vote for it.

Yay! Another state I don't live in that might legalize something.

Don't worry, Trump will legalize it nationally right before his next election.
