Yep, and that's not the lazy fat person's fault, that's Victoria's Secret's fault...

Lace isn't really intended to be load bearing.

Lingerie in general sees to have kind of faded out. Looking at porn from the 80's and 90's compared to today, the sexy underwear has almost disappeared. Now you see it in the nude photo-shoots, but I don't see it like I used to in other places. I don't think we seduce like we used to.

This is actually a phenomenal point, and I declare you the winner of the internet today.

Even back then, lingerie was nice for like the first 5 minutes. That chick's getting stripped.

Would you rather receive:
-A photo from a woman wearing, say, stockings, a garter belt, and panties.
OR
-A photo from the same woman that's just a shot of her beaver.

One of those things is about the subtle art of seduction. It makes you anticipate what will happen next and what deliciousness those items accentuate while hiding. It gives the woman POWER.

The other is about "Yeah, I have one of those things you can see in about two clicks on the internet. You know what to do with it. It's the only thing I have that's valuable."

Seriously, in this era of female empowerment lingerie sales should be on the rise. Kind of proves that the majority of women just cannot wrap their heads around how to get a man and keep him happy. No wonder the divorce rate keeps climbing.

No it does not, but that also makes a point about people not trying to look good for each other anymore.

Actually.....
y 1979, the rate was 5.3 per 1,000 American, with 1,193,062 divorces that year. After an all-time high in the '70s, divorces in the 1980s seemed to slow down. In 1980, the rate was 5.2 divorces per 1,000 people, and by 1989, it had dropped to 4.7.
...
By 2010, the rate of divorces dropped to 3.6 for every 1,000 people, and in 2017 the rate reached 2.9 with only 787,251 divorces — the lowest it's been since 1968.

Good for us!

Do you think it's because we're getting better at marriage or because divorce usually cripples the man, and thus, it's easier to just ride it out until the kids are gone?

I think it's because people are getting choosier at marriage. Marriage rates are also falling. I think I read that divorce:marriage rates are still falling too, though.

I think things happen in cycles as well. I have no doubt that the "free love" and promiscuity contributed to the divorce rate. I think younger people are approaching both sex and relationships differently. Almost like they're being "rebels".

I do know studies have shown younger people are having less sex and with fewer partners than we did.

It's because I'm single now and hogging all the women.

Not "hogging." Keeping all of them busy.
