We've all seen the pithy graphics of "I need to drug test to make money at my job so you should have to drug test to get my money as welfare," but I didn't know there was actual movement in the government about that sentiment.
Note: anyone who claims it is racist is saying that black folk are all on drugs, and is therefor racist.

I'm not super against this, but I dont really support it either. Seems like a waste of money to drug test all those people just to weed out the few % doing drugs.
That, and drugs are expensive, I'm guessing a disproportionally low number of welfare people are on drugs.
But I could be wrong.

Study shows white people are racist about welfare, until it's shown to actually do its job.
What a shock. White people don't like the idea of multiple generations of families living on welfare (like we saw exposed in the aftermath of Katrina), but support it when it works as advertised.

Study claims we judge what people on welfare buy harsher than non-welfare shoppers.
Uh, no fucking shit. The middle class family isn't spending our tax dollars.

Yeah, that's pretty dumb. I wonder if they found that people judge stupid studies paid by tax payers harsher than those paid by the private sector?
