Trump?

How about:

- Mexicans are so rape-happy we need to build the fucking modern equivalent of the walls of Jericho to keep them out.
- The Chinese are stealing all our jobs.
- He's he only one who can save the gay demographic of this country from another Orlando-like massacre.
- His very slogan of "make America great again" is implying we're in danger of not fulfilling our full potential.
- Muslims are so dangerous we need a blanket ban on them entering the country until we "figure out what's going on," whatever in the mother of fuck that means.

Half the things you said are immigration/muslim issues, one is an opinion cancelled out by "hope and change" which implies we are not fulfilling our potential, and I haven't heard anything about him keeping gays safe so I can't speak to that.

The left not only wins in fear mongering, they have the market cornered on claiming the right wins at fear mongering.

So those are meaningless and Trump doesn't use emotional terror when he speaks of them? Not my fault he's a fucking xenophobe.

Right after Orlando got shot up, Trump went down to lick some balls and attempted to wrangle some votes from a demographic that probably hates him. It didn't go well.

"Make America Great Again" was actually from Reagan's '84 campaign, and Reagan was the best example of what Gordo is talking about. He was probably the most positive and upbeat President we've had in the last 100 years and the Democrats used his presidency to fear-monger the shit out of people.

Generally speaking, politicians use fear for two things. One is to get elected/re-elected. The other is to convince us to give up freedoms and liberty.

That's a big word in this case for people that don't understand the historical significance of non-assimilation by a large number of people into a culture. History is rife with empires crumbling and breaking apart because of that.

First off, I don't think Trump has any intention of doing what he says on this, but even if he does there is no problem with a sovereign nation controlling the flow of immigrants into its country. I think to try to ding anyone raising alarms about multiculturalism shows a complete ignorance of what's going on in the world. Just Google "sweden multiculturalism problems" and see how the xenophobes of Sweden feel about things.

I understand history just fine, and no empire has ever crumbled for one reason. Also, Trump is a xenophobe. He's prejudiced against every who isn't Donald Trump. "Everyone else" includes "people of other cultures."

Hands up everyone who thinks the debates still devolve into a literal argument over dick size without Trump in them.

True, but that's a common denominator in a whole lot, if not a majority of them.

You do realize that two of his three wives were foreigners, right?

I'd argue it's the ruling class that couldn't adjust to changing populous. You cannot shut out or alienate the nations around you and expect that shit to be successful anymore. This isn't the Far East prior to the Industrial Revolution. It's not even feasible logistically.

When you're pledging a frat, that's fine. When you're running for the office of top diplomat, negotiator, frontman, and legal enforcer for the most powerful country in the world, it's fucking pathetic that you put the size of your no doubt minuscule cock ahead of important shit like a coherent campaign platform.

I just watched his speech from Scotland a couple days ago. It's riddled with painfully obvious lies delivered in the most nonchalant, relaxed manner imaginable. His kids appear as stupid as he is.
You do realize that two of his three wives were foreigners, right?
He's divorced one of them, and the other has been a supermodel since she was in her teens and is 25 years younger to boot. I'm sure she feeds his ego for access to millions of dollars of spending cash.

It STILL amuses me that you think the words they say, the promises they make, or the platforms they run on mean anything.

I mean, it's kind of sad/funny that you think that.

Dumpy Drumpf can't throw together the illusion of one. I don't subscribe to any religion, but if that faith doesn't have some basic dogma and scripture, I can't even give it lip service.

Back on guns. 40-something-year old housewife, mother, and gun owner. She snaps then kills her children and herself.
"It would be horribly tragic if my ability to protect myself or my family were to be taken away, but that's exactly what Democrats are determined to do by banning semi-automatic handguns," she wrote in a March Facebook post.
You're shitting me. I've not heard any legislation passed that bans the GLOCK 9mm pistol, M1911A1, or any other semi-auto pistol. And as it turns out, your family needed protection from you.

It gets better.
According to the Houston Chronicle, she shared another meme that read, "Don’t punish me because SOME gun owners are nutjobs." It pictured children from the Sandy Hook school shooting.
Problem was she happened to be a bonified nutjob.
Authorities say Sheats had a history of mental illness, and the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office had been to her home "for previous altercations" involving Sheats's "mental crisis," sheriff's spokeswoman Caitilin Espinosa tells PEOPLE.
Is this enough to yank her gun privs from her until a shrink signs off?

I remember a woman drowned her kids a few years ago. Don't remember anyone talk about banning tubs (hey Why does anyone need a bathtub when we have showers? Do you know how many kids you can drown in a high capacity bathtub?), and she was just as crazy as this woman.

I have no genuine problem with keeping guns from crazy people. I have trust issues with the government. I don't trust governments to make these decisions since so much is subjective.

So who separates the guns from the psychos? By definition, that person is a regulator or governor of sorts. Additionally, I can't slide a tub under my coat and use it to take out multiple targets.

So? Did making pot illegal keep you from getting busted for possession?

No, that took a bullshit law coupled with equally bullshit enforcement practices, which is itself a product of a bullshit system which allows small shitty towns to treat it as a revenue generator as opposed to a matter of public safety. You're still dodging my question. Who keeps guns from the crazies if not your gummint or some extension thereof?

I still boggle that people who will agree that prohibition of drugs clearly does not work fail to comprehend that prohibition of guns will also not work.
