Yeah, her dad is of German descent. So she and her brother look Hispanic, and it was roughly 50/50 for our kids. My genes are strong

I thought double jeopardy only applied when the case actually went to trial? Foxx, who was found to have ties to Smollett, simply dropped the charges. They can be re-filed...I think...
