I googled it. Wikipedia tells me there are pieces about inter-religion marriage that are spoken against in the bible. But some people interpret them as inter-racial marriages being spoken poorly against.
Also, something about Moses marrying a black woman, his sister being racist, and God judging her. I dunno.

Despite the article pointing out the videos don't mention the capacity issue, the Cosmo can certainly prove it was an issue. The fire department had been there earlier in the day for that exact reason.
Why wouldn't they want him to eat there? Because he has already shown up and tried to get entry after being told twice earlier that he wouldn't be able to do so. Best to get him off the grounds because he clearly is going to keep trying to gain entry.
As for "not wanting too many black people in one place", that's complete horseshit. The fact that they're even holding the event at the Cosmo is proof of that.
Although, you want some truth? I don't think I'd want too many of anyone partying in one place. Those groups tend to get a feeling of authority like they can do anything they want. That's how riots start. That's how property gets damaged. That's how you drive away other customers.
Vegas went out of their way in years past to ensure that bike gangs stayed small and separated. They've said "no thanks" to the juggalos because of all the damage they did to previous hotels.
