So that doesn't actually work. I drink a ton of water. Per my doctor, it needs fiber and other things to make your poop go.

My kid takes it daily for chronic constipation. Has been recommended to him by 3 GPs, and one GI specialist.

Also be careful of losing too much, I heard dietbet has a number that they won't pay out, like if you lose 12 or more percent. Something about unhealthy weight loss.

Yeah, I was going to fake my weigh out number to be like 5% if I do too well.

The other day someone told me that when looking at the number of carbs in a thing, you subtract the number of.carbs from fiber because your body doesn't digest it. True or.false?

True.

Some people also subtract sugar alcohols.

Today I learned.

That being said, on that advice I bought some "high fiber" tortillas, only 5g net carbs, after fiber is subtracted. I figured would be good for tuna wraps and fajitas.
