Diet and Exercise

You probably can't do it, so don't even try.

This went OK. The first day of not eating was easy. Sleep was light and felt disrupted. The morning of not eating + afternoon kinda drove me crazy, and I felt tired + sluggish. Even with added electrolytes.

Right now, I'm 20 hours post meal, and feel great. (bacon cheeseburgers on lettuce bed)

Tried to OMEOD / ADF again today, but failed. I ate a small meal around 3pm, so we'll see how that does.

Actually, today's a feed day, so it may not happen. But should on Thursday.

200.1 :\

Going to try to go without eating today. Using an electrolyte formula that is as nasty as I thought it would be. It's like drinking the ocean.

24 hours in. That stuff tastes like drinking the fucking ocean, and I hate it. But 1) keeping it cold and 2) chasing it with plain water or anything else but snake juice, makes it tolerable.

Also, I do feel dramatically better than the last time I hit 24 hours, so I think I'll make it through the day as long as I don't stand up too fast.

198.8. I felt great all day yesterday. This morning, a little tired and headachey. Going to see if the electrolytes fix that.

Scale was probably like, "I didn't know I could go this low.". The "2" all burned in to that third digit slot.

After the massive weight loss plateau I hit in Dec/Jan, I was beginning to wonder if I could go that low.

The really weird thing about these weight loss forums I go to on reddit is the LARGE number of people who weight between 300 and 500 lbs. Like, good God... People are losing half their weight, and then still have more to go.
