Lifting again. My wife started going to a personal trainer 2 weeks ago, as her motivation for weight lifting is almost-zero... or negative.

I'm lifting on my own, but said I'd join her at the trainer once a week when the kids are back in school. Only doing upper body at the moment.

Which is why it's important that she does them :) My ass is already pretty amazing.

Limited lifting still ongoing. I developed tendinitis in my left arm from rock climbing. I’ve been using this weird ball exercise that works my forearms. Was able to climb 6 V0s without forearm pain, so maybe it’s helping.

Started going to my wife's trainer today. He had some good ideas to get around some of my injuries, so we'll see.

My wife hates weight lifting so I got her a personal trainer about 2 months ago.

Yesterday I went with her. Squats are too much for my knee, but I did deadlifts and they went alright.

Super sore today, though.

Last time, after the workout, I was pumped up and full of energy.

Today I just wanted a nap.
