RBs are in a tough spot. They're good for about 5 to 6 years, get run into the ground during their rookie contract, and are then useless when they should be making bank on the market.

RBs would benefit greatly from a more performance based pay scale.

Instead of a standard rookie contract, give them a standard base salary plus bonuses when they hit goals.

Base pay: $2.5M
Start 12 games or more: + $2M
Exceed 1,000 yards rushing in a season: + $1M
Exceed 2,000 yards rushing in a season: + $2M
Each fumble: - $50,000
Each TD: + $100K

Honestly, performance based pay scales would revolutionize sports.

Gordon wants to be traded.

$10M/yr isn't good enough.

LeVeon part II

Panthers brought Tre Boston, former UNC grad and former Panthers safety, back into the fold today.

He's an average starting free safety in his best moments. Which makes him an incredible upgrade over the shit the Panthers were threatening to put out.

Lock's first throw was the WR's fault. Even Collinsworth pointed it out. But other than that, he was shit.

The game was still mildly entertaining, and definitely had an exciting finish.

Loved listening to the announcers openly shit on the chances of a lot of the guys playing. Their honesty was actually refreshing.

Did you guess frostbite?
PFT Live's Chris Simms reported the Oakland Raiders wide receiver used a cryotherapy machine without the required protection and suffered frostbite on his feet as a result.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Sunday that Brown had visited a foot specialist and is day-to-day with the injury.

Raiders head coach Jon Gruden confirmed the team was "gathering information" about Brown and that the seven-time Pro Bowler isn't at training camp, per Scott Bair of NBC Sports Bay Area.
Somewhat gross picture included.

And never reported it to the team...

Zeke joins Gordon in the "LeVeon Bell plan".

It worked out great for LeVeon. Who is advising these athletes?

If Haskins doesn't die, it'll be a good year for us.
