The kicker here is that if this happened one time you'd be like "wow, barbaric, maybe he just lost it and it was a 'heat of the moment' thing".

Our wingers and forwards let us down the most this WC. Bradley started slow but improved each game.

I feel like the odds makers got that one really wrong. Everyone I talked to (including me!) thought it was going to be all Germany. Not quite the beating that resulted, though.
