I was hoping to make 2 batches of maple sap beer this year, but the weather was too cold then immediately too warm and it took me almost 2 weeks just to get 5 gallons for one batch.
But I brewed it up, today. Last year's maple sap beer may have been the best beer I have ever made.
Possibly the purest water possible... filtered through capillary tree roots. A hint of maple sugar. The approval of druids. You really can't go wrong.
Anyway, pitched and fermenting.
