I have absolutely nothing bad to say about his love of home brew. As far as I am concerned it is one of his only good qualities.

And here's a video about the White House brewers..... they use the EXACT SAME brewing kit that I use. That amuses me.

I am totally in the mood to do some brewing.

The only thing they did in that video that I never heard of was in filling up the secondary fermenter all the way to the neck... I image that is to reduce free O2 as much as possible, but I never heard of the need. I always have 4-5 inches of air in my secondary, and I have not had a bad batch yet.
