I have an emergency batch to brew, and since my first homemade batch (Deep Red Scottish Ale) is still in secondary fermentation, I haven't tasted and I don't know yet how I want to tweak the recipe.

So I bought a Dunkelweizen ingredient kit because my beer guy said it was malty, and because I liked the name.

Brewing this Sunday.

Brewed yesterday.

Bubbling today.

About 70 degrees in my basement.
