On Nov. 7, Instant Transfers will cost 1% of the amount you transfer, with a maximum fee of $10.00. Use your eligible debit card for Instant Transfers. Transfer times vary by bank and may take up to 30 minutes."

I think that's for transfers from your PP acct to your bank?

Not sure. Wouldn't that still suck? I liked being able to move money around without penalty. Are they not making any profit, and they need to implement this?

what all is included as "Instant transfers?" Seems like they're all instant, more or less.

Instant means in your bank instanatly. I just wait a few days.

I don't remember having the option of "right now" or "in a few days." So yeah, I can't ever imagine needing my paypal balance in the bank RIGHT NOW.
