Google introduces physical security keys

They've claimed to have no security incidents since introducing these keys.

Current run down on multi-factor auth / two-factor authentication (best to worst):
1. Physical keys like the above.
2. Authentication apps (Google/Microsoft)
3. Cell phone / texting
4. Email (ugh).

I use #2 for most things. #3 where #2 is not supported.
It's not me, it's someone else.
