Let’s start with the painful truth:
- Too many people experience Stack Overflow¹ as a hostile or elitist place, especially newer coders, women, people of color, and others in marginalized groups.
On the internet, nobody knows you're a dog, but nerdy assholes can spot a woman, person of color, or other marginalized group member (LGBTQX?) just by the stupid questions they post.
