So... a much uglier version of Google glass? I kid. I realize there's more to this than there was to Google glass, but I don't see how it won't be dealing with the same headwinds.

Not Google Glass, this is VR. It's competition is Hive and...I'm blanking... There are two big ones. HTC's Hive and I forget the other one. I think it's Sony?

I know it's a different beast than Google glass in principle, but not sure in practice it's not going to have the same public perception issues as glass did. Especially with the developers kit and being an open platform. I foresee these probably being unwelcome everywhere as well.
