Would be interesting if they could get Silicon Valley businesses to relocate, since they are hurting for space in the Bay Area so much that they house employees in cargo containers. A tech-city built by Bill Gates with inexpensive housing is an interesting concept.

Google or Yahoo, I forget, just bought the land my company's old plant sat on. They are going to put 100 or so houses in this place with no yards and they'll be busing people into work.

I would be very interested in a city built from the ground up based on our current and future tech. (The future tech they know is coming and can plan for...)

The problem is the city will always be out of date.
