I think more restaurants should be open on christmas. There have to be more people like me who don't really care about the holiday and just want to go out to dinner and a movie, today. Add a $5 "Christmas Premium" on to every diner, pay the employees who volunteer to work double time, and everyone is happy.

What's wrong with IHOP, Dennys, and Waffle House?

Or put a sign on the door that wsays "50% gratuity added to all bills on xmas." I'd happily pay that. This way the servers are happy to be there.... since "double time" for a server is still almost nothing.

I find this article unnerving on a few levels.

My wife got two for our twins before they became the hot toy. I pleaded with her to sell them online when prices hit $600-$1200. She didn't and while the ones my kids got weren't duds, they sit collecting dust now that they've hatched.

It gets better.
But the series of videos popping up online are similar, and parents claim the "f--- me" line -- only uttered when the creature is sleeping -- wasn't taught by their children.

(Sorry, Kwanza has been dropped due to inactivity and it not being a real holiday.)

It wasn't racist. It was a business decision. Like how black Barbies are limited and always on sale because they don't sell.

Even my black grandpa just laughed at that.
