Inflection point??? Number of new cases on 3/24 < 3/23!
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_coro ... es_by_date

This would be a very encouraging trend if it continues.

That's what you said at 3/14-3/15 :) I completely agree with you, but I'm all concerned it's just a lack of testing. Hopefully, it's a turning point.

NYC hospitals near capacity.

So, if NYC becomes our first epicenter (Seattle seems to be under control?), then does that mean they'll suck up all the resources before other areas can get them? I realize stuff's being produced, but will the next few cities be harmed by lack of resources?

Saira Rao is a professional complainer about White People. It's a shame she can't find another country to live in that has 1 billion non-white people and zero whites.

Also, anybody who's ever gotten (Asian) Indians to be honest knows that they're EXTREMELY color conscious and despise anybody darker than themselves...including other Indians. Most will actually just admit it if you bring it up.

If white people were truly as racist as she claims, she'd have been deported long ago. Which she is well aware of.

No, I think she’s just adept at the game. These days, status is based on how much a victim you are. She needs to be a victim of whiteness in order to gain status.

Good question. I don't know, but I know they have ads.

What ads? I don't know. I can't name a single Twitter ad I've ever seen. I know there are "promoted tweets", but again I see "promoted" and skip it. Can't name a single advertiser I've ever seen on Twitter.

I just wish we had more testing data so we could figure out how bad this really is.

Second "out of the house" trip in 2 weeks.

Regular supermarket - handful of people with masks, people bringing kids, homeless people hanging around laughing and being pests

Asian supermarket - everyone has masks, no kids, no homeless, weird vegetable and meats, carrots

e: Plenty of food!

Good news. Americans seem like they may be less healthy overall than those countries, though....

California's low numbers to population look good but we have like 40k tests pending...

Since there's been talk about using the National Guard to enforce quarantine, this fits here.
