McD's Self Serve Kiosks

I happened to be in one this morning, and saw it, and thought I'd make an order on it.

I imagine if I went to McD's a few times a week, I would learn the interface well enough to be able to do it as fast as the worker standing behind the register... but as I only hit McD's a few times a year, and rarely step inside the lobby, I will never be able to be as fast with it.

It was nice that if there were any screw-ups with the order, it was all my fault. One less thing to worry about.

But I'll never be as fast as a worker.

I guess if there was a long line or something.

These things are terrible.

I used on in Boston, and it just took so damned long to do each thing.

I like them. We got to install about 40 stores worth. Good project.
