I voted mostly Ds. I'm tired of my cheapskate Rs.

Addendum: except with an independent candidate was an option.

Well, I did write myself in for one office.

Our polling place was busy. I was #940, and we're usually around 250-300 at this time of day for midterms.

Our polling places is < 1 mile away, and never has lines.

Although, this morning until lunch lines reached up to 1 hour. By the time we went (~1:15) there were no lines.

That was the first time I voted by mail. My polling place is close and small, but it isn't more convenient than sitting at my desk when I was writing out bills, anyway.

Elections are today?!?

I wish someone would have said something so people knew!!! (So fucking glad this will be over.)

I also absentee voted a bit back. I had 1-2 Rs, 1 D, a U.S.T, and a bunch of Ls.

I've gotten a shitload of political TEXT MESSAGES for the last month. Can't seem to get them to stop. I report each and every one as spam, but apparently they never come from the same number twice.

Probably 5 a day, every day.

I just want you all to understand that this is the most important election of our lifetimes!

You know, since the last one, and until the next one...

Honestly, the election I care about most is Michigan's legalization ballot.

And I'm not even going to go to Michigan... but it's something that should happen.

Fox and CNN might as well be holding pep rallies for the parties they obviously favor.

It’s fucking gross.

According to my tracker I'm 28% of the way through it. 20% without pants which was weird on a plane.

538 has dramatically lowered their odds that the Democrats will take the House during the day.

Yeah, CNN currently says its too close to call. So with their bias, I'm guessing it's looking like the Rs will hold it.

No idea. Does it really matter?

Bill Burr was mocking celebrities telling people to vote.

The Monday Morning Podcast is awesome.
