Over 50+ dead.

The guy was on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay and was overlooking the concert venue. This was planned out well ahead of time.

None that I've heard. I saw someone speculate that the shooter might have used a Gatling trigger on a semi-auto. Might have worked in that tightly packed of a crowd.
