Even the defense would be considered offensive.TheCatt wrote:His defenseLeisher wrote: Trump denies calling certain countries shitholes.A senior GOP source familiar with the matter told CNN that instead of hearing the President say "shithole," some Republicans heard Trump say "shithouse."
I agree he isn't getting a fair shake. Also, it was really stupid for him to say this thinking the Democrats in that room wouldn't make political hay out of it. The press is out to get him. And he seems to be doing everything in his power to help them out on that.Leisher wrote:Trump is a blowhard with zero filter whose in way over his head. However, in no way, shape, or form is he truly getting fair treatment compared to previous presidents. Honestly, I don't even know if he deserves it due to his personality, but the office does.
Why is that the U.S.' responsibility? Everyone wants us to keep our nose out of their business, but they sure as fuck don't want the checks to stop coming. Why exactly should we be handing out free money to the world? To keep peace in that region? HAHAHAHA!expressions of deep concern from UN officials and refugee groups worried about the humanitarian impact
Point being, Trump did something on behalf of this country and its ally. The world condemned him, but still wants him to cut them a check? Meanwhile, we're cutting checks to Palestinians to help them and in return they refuse to even sit at a negotiation table with Israel? A move that could end their plight.State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert said the move had nothing to do with "punishing" the Palestinians for their refusal to enter into negotiations with Israel, or their decision to push for a UN vote that resulted in overwhelming international condemnation of the Trump administration's decision to unilaterally recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
I'd take that bet. I don't think he'd be that thoughtful in explaining what comes out of his mouth.
Given what we knew about Trump up to this point... even up to the point of his running for President... didn't you kind of assume he had at least one porn star under a NDA?Leisher wrote: Porn star Stormy Daniels claims to have diddled Trump a year into his marriage to Melania.
Read the whole article. Her story seems questionable, but the days of proving a story to be true before reporting it as fact are over.
I want one competent enough to do the job he applied for.
I have ZERO doubt Trump does or would cheat given the chance. I have the same amount of doubt that he'd use his wealth to shut someone up.
I guess since I didn't vote for him, nor feel the need to lead the charge for his impeachment, I just really don't care. Just kind of, "Yeah? I knew he was a reprobate. This sort of story is kind of baked in for me."Leisher wrote:I have ZERO doubt Trump does or would cheat given the chance. I have the same amount of doubt that he'd use his wealth to shut someone up.
Her specific story just seems to be more bullshit than not.
You may very well be right. Parts of the story seem a little out there. But they are finding evidence of the payoff, so something seems to be there.Leisher wrote:I do believe in giving credit where credit is due and taking it away when it's not. In this case, something is off. I would believe he slept with her, but she's hiding something or has altered the story. Hell, she admits it when she says, "I don't know why I slept with him." Yes you fucking do you lying bitch. He's rich!
