It feels wrong, but it depends on how he markets it, I haven't bothered watching his videos. Overall, I definitely think he should be able to do it, with the NCAA's guidance.
OVerall, I think he should be able to do it anyway, F the NCAA. But that's another matter.

Given the current rules: This kinda sorta makes sense, otherwise you'd have people setting up 'companies' and getting $ funneled from boosters, etc.Student-athletes can own and run their own business without violating NCAA rules if it’s not based on their athletics reputation or ability.
