We do drill all over Alaska as far as I know. Unless you mean that you want to somehow replace the the 600,000 square miles that make up the Gulf of Mexico with the Artic National Wildlife Refuge , which is less than 50,000 square miles. I'm sure that will work somehow. Edited By Troy on 1272657071

Let go ahead and add that I'm not against drilling, it's sort of a necessary evil, and that there are tons of rigs that do this without ecological disasters. But I don't totally understand how rigs that are designed to withstand Cat 5 Hurricanes can not have enough safety systems to stop the flow o...

I'm sure everyone has read the story by now. Rig explosions, multiple leaks 1.5 kilometers underground, no obvious solutions. CNN Story This is a moderately big deal on the news sites. It should be bigger. It will really start to get noticed when the pictures of wildlife covered in oil start rollin...

Catching up on this series... The Old Breed bring this show back to watchable, especially the last episode. Sledge's account of the fighting help them a lot with the details, i guess. If you are thinking about watching, start at V and go onward. VI is BRUTAL, it is combat intensive, and rocks. Edit...

We just adopted a dog, so I haven't been able to play anything too involved, or anything that would require serious effort. But I stumbled on A really good open sourced roguelike . It's pretty involved and complicated, but really fun. I've made about 60-70 characters at this point, died many countl...

If they were all as good as last Sunday's episode, it would have been worth watching for battle scenes alone.

I also note that this episode marks the beginning of when the writers could draw directly from Sledge's book, which explains why it didn't suck total ass.

There's a couple cupboards that hold misc shit too. All the food is to the left with lots of beef in there. How much straw do we prod...

Also, I just tried to place a claim to the east of yours. Plan was to extend the claim to include the east wall we are building. It said that I could not extend my claim so close to someone elses. So, it's up to you to extend it. . . When we find a second place to set up shop, I'd be happy to get i...

The new combat logs are crazy.

Blow by blow of what happened, if you like that sort of thing, it's pretty epic.

Combat and Hospital/Health care systems are great, as long as you have good medical dwarves, space, and all the tools they need, surgery/stiches/sutures are very functional, and will save you a lot of headache. All the monsters are harder though, so you definitely need it. Last night I stayed up un...

I wonder if I could get a hacker to make the car mine....

Yeah, this definitely isn't "Band of Brothers" good.

But they had a lot to live up to.

Still hoping it gets better. I think the dialogue and characters are worse in this one.

Supersling is coming along... farming is pretty realistic, i've been only regrowing high quality, which in turn turns into better stuff to plant, repeat....

I don't have any points in sewing though, so hopefully you do, when the time comes. I can probably get you some Q20 string in a few days...

I don't need bones for anything I can think of.

Only use for them I know is to make arrows...which should be a pretty compact way of using the, i thought.

We only need the glue to make that first post.

Only way is it ever any good is if it is combined heavily with other ingredients, like Candy Bars, Fruit, whatever.

Also, definitely pie. There isn't a cake I know of that involves pouring a mixture into a crust.
