Then you need more RAM.

How fast is your hard drive? 4500 RPM It really made a big difference? I've got a 800MHz system with 640Megs RAM, and it doesn't act like it. The only piece I haven't upgraded in longer than I can remember is the hard drive. Maybe it's time. It made a big difference capturing video. When my 7200rpm...

In my opinion, it will be a close tie between your CPU and your RAM as to who will become the new bottleneck. So do you think it would be worth spending $400 for that card in my system, or will I not see a noticable improvement? I dunno dude. . . I'd say, get the card, cause it can be moved to a sy...

Hard drive speeds: ATA/33 vs ATA/100 = HUGE VERY NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE 4500rpm vs 7000 rpm = Very small, 99% of people won't notice RAM speed = semi noticeable difference. You have the different PC speeds (2700, 4000, etc). You also have different CAS (2, 2.5, 3). The lower the CAS, the faster it i...

When I bought my laptop (about 6 months ago or so) many laptops didn't have wireless built in. It was an option. But only on the low end (<$1k) models. Any laptop I've seen that had it integrated had a little 'on/off' type switch on the front right side of the laptop. To disable it if you wanted. S...

I always skip the sound card too. Use to always be into the high end sound cards and stuff. Till one time I skipped it to save some money with the intention of getting it later. Built in sound worked fine. The current ones support Dolby 5.1, etc. So, I dunno. If it's for gaming, I'd run with the bu...

I can setup my own server, but then it would be empty, or, I have to let 'net morons on. I don't know enough people that play to invite.

Not that I know of. Especially with the built in voice chat. All I can do is tell him to mute everyone. Which works well till the guy named CumSuckingNiggaHo shows up.

What is Counter Strike Condition Zero? I was under the impression that it was just like the online version of Counter Strike, except all the other players are bots. So, you play the same missions, etc, but with no other real people. Questions I have: Is the above correct? Can you play with other pe...

Own about 100. Watch most many many times. Others have only been viewed a few times. When there's nothing on TV, pop in a movie. When friends/family are over, pop in a movie someone hasn't seen. Have watched the same movie more than once in the same day. If the movie makes you laugh, why not watch ...

I think his point is, the ACTING didn't 'all of the sudden suck'. The acting in 4, 5 and 6 sucked too. Luke was whiney, and it was poorly acted. etc. I remember people HATED Yoda. dizzamn muppet in Star Wars. People grew to like and even love him. And those Ewoks. Uhg. But what chick don't dig the ...

Rating: 8 of 10 Nothing really wrong with it. VERY funny stuff. Very Zoolanderish. There were a coupld times where they forced a one liner in where it didn't fit. I didn't laugh as often as I did with Old School. But I did laugh as hard at times, if not harder. I gave it an 8, because I have seen b...

my PC

It's all my responsibility, but certainly not my domain. She should be able to go where ever she wants. I just have to keep it running smooth. And actually, I have everyone pretty trained about viruses. It's the spyware that gets in.
