KISS - Sonic Boom

Looked the day tickets went in sale. It was more than I wanted to spend, even for the grass seats a quarter mile out. And sweet, bumped a 10-year-old thread. KISS were getting so good and heavy before they put the makeup back on in 1999.... and then they cashed in, fired Bruce and Eric, brought back...

Nope. Forbidden. That fascist needs to learn he isn't allowed to say some things.

Bad Economic Predictions

I can't remember the exact year, but 1940-something levels with a 90% rate on the top earners. That, with no ability to hide money overseas, would make a difference. Anything else would just be pandering... the people making the laws are the ones to be hurt most by high taxation. And they don't have...

My dollar stands. We'll never get back to the tax rates we used to have.

My dollar says that with our current legislature, rich people will never be taxed to any meaningful degree.

If some high percentage actually does become law, money shelters will be abundant and it wont matter.

What new (for you) music did you listen to in 2019?

I'll wait until the end of the year to answer when this thread is appropriate. ;)

There are a lot of indicators that an emerging Africa is going to fuck up the world, their CO2 output is going to rival India and China's in 20 or 30 years.

Toledo still has uniformed peeps hiding behind trees and stuff with speed cameras. This bypasses the "officer must be present at the infraction" rule that is getting automated cameras thrown out. Funniest is that Ohio already banned them, but a Toledo judge blocked it so the ban cant offic...

I'd like to also add Cargo-Class for people with emotional support animals.

More proof

At first I thought you mean Ivan Drago... then I realized you meant Drogo. Then I realized you should have said Aquaman, since they're talking about plastic pollution.

It's logical. More weight = more fuel. There are already weight limits on luggage. Why can I weigh 200 and have to pay extra for a 51 pound suitcase, when Fatty McLandwhale gets to hobble on weighing 3 hundo, and takes up 1.4 seats?

Which was exactly my point. It's fine that a "rational" person would say, "Well everyone knows where the line is." But no, in fact, they all have differing opinions about the line. "The slippery slope argument is invalid" is exactly what everyone says when they know the...
