Lately this is my favorite show. Â Walter (Geoff Stults) is the finder, an Iraq vet that had a head injury that's left him slightly odd, but he's still brilliant. Â And he's very good at finding things. Â Leo (Michael Clarke Duncan) is a very philosophical sort who is his friend, lawyer, and ... business manager, I guess? Â They find things, whenever it's interesting enough that Walter gets fixated on it. Â And he usually finds much more than those who lost something want him to find.
It's really well written and acted - Stults and Duncan work together amazingly well - with dynamically interesting characters and the nice quirky setting of the south Florida keys. Â It's technically a spin-off of Bones, although it's really more like there was an episode of Bones that served as pilot for The Finder.
You could safely jump in at any point and not be too lost, but the show has been good enough that I'd recommend watching all seven episodes that already aired. Â Good stuff.
