Put the link and general info about the video, and then we won't have hundreds of different threads for them.
Let me know if this is a shitty idea.

Yes, but what about comments? This chain could end up being 15 posts long with only one link.
It's not a bad idea, but how do we keep the chain from becoming a jumbled mess? For example, my post here doesn't even contain a video.
Maybe we should just post a rule stating that linked videos and such need to be collected until you have a minimum of 5, then shove them all into one post?

Or, post the link to the video, and right under it a 'feedback' link.

And where does the feedback link take you? The object here is to reduce the numbers of threads.

How about simple comments here, but if you find yourself starting what you think may be a big conversation about something someone posted, then start a seperate thread linking back?
Or we could just have a big thread talking about how to keep the thread from being too big.

I thought it was to consolidate the links so we would have one big thread with cool/funny movies in it.
Otherwise, there's no solution. Most of the stuff people link to is linked to in order to inspire conversation.

Q U O T E | Most of the stuff people link to is linked to in order to inspire conversation. |
Exactly.
The Online Games sticky thread I created so peeps could have one stop to go if they get bored at work or whatever. No conversation needed in there, just a link and quick description.
Videos are different in that they do generate conversation. Some videos get no responses, other gets dozens.

While I'm sure I would violently disagree with this guy on pretty much any other topic you could name, I do like this video:

Saw that this morning when YouTube recommended it. My daughter loves all things Vader.
And for the record, this is not me. He's too badass to be me. I mean, talk about edgy!

Wow, just noticed people actually posted some videos here.
I'd comment on them, but I don't want to get this thread off track.
Eventually, this will happen.

I've been YouTube'ing a lot of beer shotgun video. It's been pretty entertaining, as people don't bother posting them when things go right.
Anyway, a word of warning. If you see "Irish Beer Bong" don't watch it. It starts off bad, then gets terrible. I think it was part of an Irish version of Jackass.
