Protesters force Sanders to cancel a speech.
This "Black Lives Matter" campaign is complete and utter racist bullshit.
1. Stop celebrating Michael Brown as if he was some nice kid minding his own business. The investigations are done and even the feds who wanted to find wrong doing by the cop couldn't. Everyone who investigated agreed Michael Brown was killed in self defense. He was not a good kid. He was a thug, a criminal, and had he gotten control of that cop's weapon he'd be in jail for murdering the cop and it wouldn't be national news. Hell, even the witnesses recanted their testimonies. You're not going to earn sympathy by trying to say this guy was wrongfully killed. There ARE black people who have been wrongfully killed by the police, invoke their names, not this guy's.
2. Stop getting offended and pissed off when someone counters with "All Lives Matter". Nothing says "I'm a racist" more than when you disagree that all races are equal and any injustice being done to one is equally as bad as injustice being done to another. When you discount "All Lives Matter", you're saying only your lives matter to all other races.
3. As of June 10th, 2015 half of the 500 people killed by police in this country were white.
The more we celebrate our differences, the more divided we will become.

Protestors Occupy at OSU.
QUOTE Students at Ohio State University who attempted to occupy the area outside of president Michael V. Drake’s office late Wednesday night experienced a surprise — and a taste of the cruel, real world — when a senior administrator coolly advised them that they would be arrested and expelled if they didn’t retreat from their “occupied space.”
The protest began — as such protests often do these days — with a set of demands and the promise to remain firmly ensconced at Bricker Hall, Ohio State’s main administration building, until school officials capitulated to the demands.
Protestors Occupy at Duke
QUOTE CBS North Carolina spoke to two of the protestors who occupied the Allen Building on Duke’s campus after a week.
“It’s a little strange time was warped when there is no natural light coming in,’ said Dipro Bhownik.
Bhownik is a sophomore at Duke and was also one of the nine protestors.
As a former member of the army in the Singapore National Service he said he was used to spending extended periods of time without normal luxuries, but comfort was one of the last things on protestor’s minds.
“They have threatened us with arrest, expulsion, with disciplinary action,” he said.
For the protestors it did not come to that, but after seven days of occupation they left without getting most of their demands met.
CBS North Carolina asked Bhownik if the protest was considered a loss.
“It’s not a loss,” said Bhownik. “We have managed to create so much solidarity with our community. We have gotten the administrations attention. Those are the big wins,” he added.
