Those of you who watched the first ones, saw what was easily one of the stupidest things ever to air on TV. Each award was literally bought and paid for by game developers. Nominations had nothing to do with quality.
Oh, and apparently marketers think all gamers like gansta rap.
I expect nothing to change this year, but if you're interested in voting.

Didn't some games get nominated for game of the year, that weren't even fucking released yet. Fuck that show.

This "awards show" was blasted by the entire legit gaming media last year and I expect nothing different this year.
The fact that its geared towards teen males shows you how well the creators know gamers.
SpikeTV needs to come to the realization that games are not for kids anymore. Thus, the "awards show" shouldn't resemble the X Games.
Not to mention the fact that companies shouldn't be allowed to buy awards and nominations.
