Well. Â Does Google have a business presence in The Netherlands? Â If not they should probably just ignore the court's directives. Â If so they need to decide if the business they have there is worth enough for them to abandon their privacy protections. Â If not then just block all Netherlands IP addresses from accessing their services and call it a day.

The problem is that "patently unlawful" only applies to certain backwards countries that don't have real freedom of speech.
