I was never a regular watcher of his show, but I would stop on it when I was up and he was on. Â Always liked him. Â It's funny because I was just thinking about alcoholism the other day and our conversations about suicide here in another thread. Â The alcoholism isn't what causes the suicide. Â The alcoholism is another symptom of the problem.

Good story.

I was sort of hoping he'd say something like "and when I finally did sober up I discovered I had a successful career in comedy I didn't remember and a late night talk show."
