Ashley Judd plans to file charges.
This stuff is going to get interesting.
To date the internet has been the wild west, but now Curt Schilling is getting folks fired, people are getting publicly shamed for their beliefs, Ashley Judd is pressing charges, revenge porn is illegal in 1 state with more coming, etc.

Well.
On the one hand, free speech and no one ends up bleeding in this situation.
On the other hand, I lean toward my previous argument of eliminating online anonymity, so I am looking forward to her lawyers uncovering these hidden identities and asking them why they said they hoped this woman got raped over, essentially, nothing. I hope they get it on camera, so I can watch them squirm and then hear about how they got fired over it.

There's no way in hell the court process could be quickened or cheapened enough to get all those cases heard. The backlog would be a decade. That means it's open season for seniors to be bitches online.

I'd love to run the numbers on how much I've cost the pigs in Iowa thus far, but it's enough such that I know they can't scale their end up too much before the absurdity reaches Swiftian levels. At the end of the day, the policy is not feasible in terms of cash, time, and resources.

Perhaps she should instead consider pressing charges against whomever raped and sexually assaulted her.
And then seek counseling to help her deal with those issues rather than lashing out at the assholes online.
