Terrorist asks ISIS to spare American's life.
Apparently, this American converted to Islam and has been providing medical treatment to the other terrorists.
What will ISIS do? Do they kill a guy the U.S. government won't miss and let other terrorists know that their loyalty means nothing, not to mention what message it gives other potential defectors? Or do they let the guy live and show "weakness" by missing one of their own deadlines?
