Ok, revised question:  if you have never smoked pot, will you try it if it becomes legal and cheap and safe to obtain?

ANd.... how are businesses in the legalized states responding to the new legality?  Do you get a THC pass on your piss test?

EDIT: Personally it won't matter much.  I'd probably get some and maybe even smoke it once or twice a year.  Which is about how often I drink alcohol.  These just aren't my drugs of choice.

I actually DID attempt it once, a long time ago.  Was in a low place and didn't give a shit about much.... someone passed to me, they said to hurry because it was almost done, but it was just a nub in a roach and by the time i got it to my lips it was gone.

I think for many companies (like Cleo) it was about liability costs on insurance I think.  You have people working with heavy equipment and running forklifts and things, I remember being told they got a break on their insurance because of the piss test.  You may have noticed that they never tested anyone ever again after hiring there.
