I get her being embarrassed about being arrested, but am I to honestly believe that she doesn't LOVE being immortalized on the internet as being gorgeous? Yeah, chicks hate that.

Her attorney is full of shit. This has nothing to do with intellectual property and he knows it. She does not own that photo. It is a matter of public record and is owned by the government and belongs to all of us.
