That's simply hilarious. What's he implying with these words?
- He was an incumbent for however many years and all his constituents wanted was "some black dude?"
- White people can't govern blacks?
- There were previous attempts at this sort of thing involving others that the black community found out about?
- He's done such a shitty job for the past two decades, being black is enough to get him ousted?
