I am all for gay rights and I'm anti-Gingrich. (Why is he running for president? What a waste of money.)
However, this kind of attack is beyond stupid. What point does it serve? Does it alert people to the fact that there is a gay rights issue? Because people already don't know about it? (Note sarcasm)
It doesn't even make Gingrich look stupid. He essentially gets sucker punched. Oh, and after what happened in Arizona, you take us even closer to a police state.
No, this sort of act simply pisses Gingrich off more. Do you think he's sitting there thinking, "This guy made me look foolish publicly, I guess I'd better vote for things he wants."? No, he's sitting there thinking, "Fucking faggot." (Pardon my French.)
All you've done is make him hate gays or hate gays even more. Not a "win".
We're talking about a guy who does plenty to make himself look like an ass. He doesn't need your help.
But what about all the people who see the video?
You're just reinforced everything people who don't like gays already think about gays. So no "win" there.
Half of your supporters, like me, are embarrassed for you and this makes it harder for us to convince others to vote for your issues. No "win" there.
The other half of your supporters think it's hilarious, but they're already on your side, and as stupid as you. So again, not a "win".
So congratulations, the only thing you've accomplished is to hurt your own cause.
Let's be honest, you're not pushing the gay agenda, so much as trying to push yourself.

A whole box of glitter? Really?
If it had been a small handful that would have been enough to make the point. It would have made it more appropriate, and while still mostly pointless at least more reasonable. All they ended up accomplishing is totally pissing off some poor janitor.
