What's disturbing to me is that you have "Dr." in front of your name, yet you needed a study to tell you that fat kids get picked on.
Our society is nothing but fat jokes or warnings about being fat. Combine that with the fact that fat kids stand out, and you have an easy target.
Nobody is saying it's right, but you shouldn't need a study to figure it out.
