California is trying to pass a law requiring the use of condoms in pornos.

This would be great if every porno actor was HIV infected or dropping dead, but they're not. In fact, these people are routinely checked for all VDs.

So, aside from being "Big Brother", why does this law need to exist?

Prediction: When this law gets passed, California loses yet another industry as porn will move out of state. (Florida is my first guess as to where they'll relocate.) No way do they start wearing condoms and get rid of the money shot.

I honestly think it is a "for the children" mentality.

They want the teens to see condoms in pornos so the teens will think condoms are "cool" and "dope" and "poppin fresh."

Looks like big brother is having trouble here in Ohio. Seems lawyers have made a case that bartenders and owners don't have to enforce the no smoking law. They aren't police officers. As long as they don't provide ashtrays or help in anyway you have to fine the lawbreaker. Not the owner.
